From the ballroom to the penthouse suite to the upholstery shop: the building ensemble comprises an entire quarree in Heidelberg’s city center. Finding your way around here is not always easy. We will always help you find the right way.

The Kurfürstenstube, our unique fine dining restaurant, still features the original wood paneling from 1866 and offers first-class cuisine and personal service in a very special ambience.

We owe the shopping arcade to one of the hotel's numerous extensions and are delighted to have many nice tenants there.

Cars have been parking here ever since there have been cars. But deliveries are also made here. Everything you need in such a large hotel.

We use the advantages of having our own craft brigade every day and really appreciate them. The artists who work here are unbelievable.

Joinery
It's hard to believe how much a carpenter has to build and repair in a hotel. From damaged furniture to laying parquet flooring: we fix everything ourselves.

Painting workshop
Walls, ceilings, paintwork: With over 100 guest rooms, there is always something for our painters to do. After all, we want our guests to feel completely at ease.

Electrical workshop
Wherever there is a lot of work, things sometimes break. In our electrical workshop, hard-working hands ensure that lights and electronic devices can be used again.

White stuff
Only a few hotels still run their own laundry today. We also have to outsource some of our laundry. But we still do the whites ourselves.
