During the day, Restaurant FRITZ welcomes you to enjoy delicious Tafelspitz or fish and more in a beautifully lit room with a view of the lovely courtyard garden - no wish will be left unfulfilled.
In summer, we lower the windows completely into the floor so that you can enjoy your lunch or dinner with a pleasant breeze.
The Kurfürstenstube, our unique fine dining restaurant, still has the original wood panelling from 1866 and offers first-class cuisine, personal service, and a very special ambience.

Cheap rooms with a short commute: Some employees avail themselves of this offer. Like in the old days, the staff accommodations are still split by gender.
We can scarcely believe how much a carpenter has to build and repair in a hotel. From damaged furniture to laying new flooring: We keep everything ship-shape ourselves.
Walls, ceilings, varnishing: With over 100 guest rooms, our painters always have work to do. Ultimately, our guests should feel completely at home.
Where there’s lots of work being done, sometimes things get broken. At our electronics workshop, we have a team of technicians working hard to ensure that all of the lights and electronic devices are in a working condition.
Only a few hotels still operate their own laundry service. Even we have to send some of our laundry out to external services. However, the linens are always done by us.
With great attention to detail, curtains, cushions and decorations are created at our tailors’ workshop for all of the areas visited by our guests.
