What does the Panorama Spa at the wellness hotel in Heidelberg offer?

Our Panorama Spa offers you an indoor pool, Finnish sauna, sanarium, steam bath and modern fitness equipment. You can also relax on our sun terrace, enjoy the view over the Odenwald Forest and take advantage of a range of wellness treatments.

Which wellness treatments are offered at the spa hotel in Heidelberg?

We offer a variety of massages such as hot stone massage, sports massage and full-body Ayurveda massage as well as beauty treatments for face and body. There are special offers for women and men.

Can external visitors also use the spa at the wellness hotel?

Yes, we welcome both hotel guests and external visitors. External guests can book hourly tickets, half-yearly or annual tickets as well as a day spa ticket to use our facilities.

What equipment is available in the fitness area?

Our fitness centre is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment for intensive endurance and strength training. On request, we can also organise a personal trainer for you.

Can I also consume food and drinks in the Panorama Spa?

Bringing and eating food is not permitted for reasons of hygiene. You can ask us for small snacks and our service team will be happy to provide you with delicacies in the restaurant.

Are children allowed to use the spa area?

Children are very welcome when accompanied by their parents or an authorized adult. However, children under the age of six are not permitted in the sauna area.

How is the use of mobile phones regulated in the Panorama Spa?

The use of mobile devices is prohibited in the sauna area, relaxation area and changing rooms in order to protect the relaxation and privacy of guests. In other areas, devices may be used with headphones.

What clothing is required in the Panorama Spa?

We will provide you with bathrobes, bath towels and slippers. We ask you to wear indoor sports shoes for the fitness room. Please always use a towel to sit on in the sauna and steam bath

How can I book an appointment for a treatment?

Call us on 49 (0)6221 515-182 or send us an e-mail to spa@europaeischerhof.com. We recommend booking your treatment in good time due to the high demand. Please arrive at the spa reception in your bathrobe five minutes before the start of your treatment.

What happens if I have to cancel or change an appointment?

Cancellation is possible free of charge up to 12 hours before the appointment. In case of late cancellation we have to charge 50 % of the treatment costs. In the event of no-shows or delays, the full costs will be charged.
