Arrival
You will find contactless hand sanitizing stations in the entrance areas. Room cards as well as pens are hygienically cleaned and disinfected after each contact. We ask you to pay cashless if possible.

Reception
A specialist at reception is available as a “lobby manager” who proactively regulates the flow of guests and visitors so that there are no traffic jams or waiting times.

Hygienic cleaning & disinfection
We regularly clean and disinfect surfaces, handrails, door handles and other contact surfaces. Hand sanitizer dispensers are available in our public areas.

Elevators
We clean and disinfect our elevators several times a day.

Our service employees receive regular training on all infection prevention measures. These include comprehensive hand hygiene and the avoidance of physical contact, the correct handling of work clothing and materials and the correct use of cleaning agents and disinfectants.

Staff
Our 2 housekeepers, 3 housekeeping assistants and 15 permanently employed chambermaids ensure the utmost cleanliness not only in the public areas, but also in the rooms and function rooms.

We regularly clean and disinfect important contact points such as handrails and door handles. Contactless hand sanitizer dispensers are available in the public areas. Comprehensive cleaning processes have been defined for cleaning the rooms.

Contactless service
Of course, you have the option of canceling the cleaning of your room or having your room service carried out without personal contact.

Newspaper
On request, you will receive a daily newspaper for your exclusive use.

Distancing rules
We guarantee you sufficient space in our restaurant by arranging the tables and chairs generously. We will be happy to seat you on arrival.

Air purification
In addition to the existing supply and exhaust air, our restaurants are equipped with very high-quality room air purification devices that continuously destroy all airborne viruses and bacteria through UVC radiation. And 99.9% of the time. This is supplemented by regular ventilation.

Contactless payment
We ask you to pay cashless if possible.

We regularly clean and disinfect loungers, tables, door handles and light switches. Our fitness equipment is cleaned and disinfected after every training session. Contactless hand sanitizer dispensers are available in the wellness area.

Service
On arrival at our PANORAMA SPA, we will provide you with towels, a bathrobe and slippers.

Checkroom
For reasons of hygiene, we ask our guests to take their checkroom with them to their seat.

Equipment
We provide you with sufficient working materials (e.g. moderation cards) per participant for one-time use.

Rooms
We guarantee you and your guests sufficient space in our rooms thanks to the generous seating arrangements. Ventilation facilities are available in all our rooms.

Individual bookings can be canceled free of charge up to 48 hours/2 days before arrival – 12.00 noon CET. After this time, 90% of the agreed price for the overnight stay must be paid if it is not possible to re-let the room. Please note that special cancellation conditions apply when booking special rates as well as for group and package bookings.
