DEPARTURE
You are requested to remove your belongings from your room by noon on the day of departure. Please contact reception should you need to retain your room after 12:00 pm.
Please note, that there will be a charge of 50% of the room rate for the use of the room until 06:00 p.m. The full room rate will be charged, if the room is retained beyond 06:00 p.m.
Should you wish to change the length of your stay, please notify Reception at least one day prior to changes in your plans. We will be happy to store your luggage in our luggage room on the day of departure.

DINNER RESERVATIONS
Please notify our restaurant and banquet department if you would like to reserve a table for a meal. They will also be of assistance in selecting menus for dinner parties.

DIRECT DIAL

DOCTORS / PHYSICIAN
If needed, our concierge can set up an appointment with a doctor. In an emergency, treatment can be arranged directly in your hotel room.

DOGS

DO NOT DISTURB
In order to prevent any disruption, please switch on the light marked “Do not disturb” on the door to your room and turn the door handle to a locked position. If you do not wish to receive phone calls, please notify the switchboard operator.

DRESS CODE
We kindly ask our guest to refrain from wearing tank tops, shorts and sandals in the public areas and restaurants of the hotel. In addition, in our restaurant “Kurfürstenstube” gentlemen are requested to wear a suit and tie at the evening meals.

GOLF
There are a number of 18-hole golf courses near Heidelberg, the most famous of which is the PGA championship course in St. LeonRot. Please contact our concierge in order to reserve a tee time (usually available from Monday to Friday). On the weekends, guests generally need to be accompanied by a club member.

Laundry slips and bags can be found in your cupboard. Laundry items that are given to the maid or our concierge before 09:00 a.m. on weekdays will be laundered or dry cleaned on the same day. Our hotel offers express laundry and dry cleaning services weekdays after 09:00 a.m. On Sundays and public holidays our dry cleaning facilities are closed, although limited express laundry and ironing services are provided. For all express services an additional fee of 100% of the regular service fee will be charged. Any items that need ironing will be returned within one hour. Please contact our concierge for further information and services.

LIABILITIES
Your room is equipped with a small safe. You are encouraged to store your valuables in the hotel safe at the reception.

SHOE CLEANING SERVICE

Our Spa facilities include a swimming pool, sauna, samarium, steam bath and a tanning are. Our spa facilities are open from 09:00 a.m. to 09:00 p.m. They can be accessed directly from your room via the stairs or elevators. SPORTS

The fine-dining restaurant Die Kurfürstenstube is renowned among connoisseurs for its superb cuisine and outstanding sevice.
